Job Description:

Responsibilities: This position resides in the Global Rewards Finance group and supports the US and International rewards businesses. The incumbent will be responsible for designing analytical frameworks and developing statistical/ financial models to analyze/predict rewards customer behavior and assess financial implications. The incumbent will also provide thought leadership and will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with finance and other business partners.

Required Qualifications: The candidate must have excellent quantitative/analytical skills, strong thought leadership, solid project management skills, strong communication skills, the ability to work on multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment. A statistical/actuarial background and knowledge of SAS and SQL is required. Knowledge of Membership Rewards and the card businesses is a plus.
