Job Description:    The Analyst will provide support in the delivery of custom reporting within Client’s Customer Insight Group. This person will work across multiple clients to create weekly reports and analyze data for insights, based on delivery plans created by Client Consultants and Sr. Consultants. The Analyst may also participate in presenting the results of analyses to clients or internal teams, and to respond to clients’ ad-hoc requests as they arise. The Analyst will use SQL, Excel, and web-based analytics tools to pull, aggregate, and analyze data for online marketing campaigns. Core Duties/Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): • Use web analytics tools such as WebTrends or Omniture to analyze site user behavior • Use data from Atlas, Marin, and online search publishers (Yahoo, Google, etc.) to analyze online advertising and search campaign performance • Analyze reporting data to identify key insights for clients and internal teams • Use Excel and/or SQL to summarize data into weekly client-facing reports • Document reporting processes

Required Skills:    Qualifications: • Ability to interpret data and analysis results to generate insights • Ability to create clear, understandable data summary tables and graphs • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and project teams • Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple account teams and departments.

Desired Skills:    Education and/or Experience • Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of one year of work experience in a business environment. Two to three years of work experience is preferred. • Proficiency in Excel 2007 is also a requirement • Experience cleansing, manipulating, and transforming online or direct marketing data is preferred. Candidates with experience with Atlas or DoubleClick data will be given priority. • Working knowledge of Web Analytics tools such as WebTrends of Omniture is a plus. • Working knowledge of any statistical software package such as SAS or SPSS is also a plus.
