Job Description:

Major hospitality/travel organization seeks Director - Customer Strategy and Segmentation with statistical modeling experience to direct a team in the development and implementation of strategic relationship marketing and segmentation initiatives.

Platform:

Required Skills:

• At least 4-7 years experience developing statistical marketing models in SAS, SPSS, or Cognos; should have knowledge of statistical methods such as logistic regression and cluster analysis • Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PhD) in economics, statistics, marketing, finance, or business • At least 4 years managing others in a marketing segmentation capacity • Minimum 2 years experience in loyalty marketing/direct marketing preferred • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Access • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and translate business problems into technical solutions. • Hospitality or travel industry experience preferred
