> DUTIES >> SAS Programming for EBM projects. Conduct retrospective database analyses for products, e.g., economic analyses and pharmacoepidemiology for cardiovascular, Lovenox products. Support development of health outcomes and economics study for new products. Database SAS programming and data retrieval of large in house databases and trial information. > EDUCATION >> An experienced statistical programmer ( not statistician) who: > Has a strong statistical background (master degree in statistics, epidemiology, or other quantitative degree) > Master level statistics and at least 5 years of experience in SAS programming with HO or Epi experience of at least two years. > SKILLS >> Has good SAS program skills and experiences ( at least 3 years SAS programming full time working experiences) > Is familiar with medical claims data such as IHCIS, Medstat, LabRx, Medicare, Medicaid, etc and had at least 2 years experiences working on those data in the outcomes research, epidemiology, or other relevant fields. > Understanding of econometric and psychometric methods with results in publications or abstracts. > Ability to work with large databases on servers and retrieve data cuts as needed for projects.
