We have a client searching for a strong SAS Financial Risk Management professional with the following: SAS, DI Studio, Information Map Studio, BI Technology Financial or banking background Masters degree with at least 5 years of experience Our client is offering compensation of 75 - 100K base + bonus of up to 25% of base salary + 401K with up to 6% match + discretionary profit sharing up to 4%. This position requires travel approximately 2 weeks of the month. Clients are invoiced for the travel expenses, so it is in the client's best interest to keep travel to a minimum. When not at the client site, the employee works from home. No relocation is required. You will be accountable for helping some of the world's largest organizations leverage the strengths of the SAS Risk Management technology platform. In addition, you may assist in the implementation and configuration of our own risk product implementations. You will develop and enhance client relationships primarily for the sales of products and services to our valued clients. You must possess or develop a strong knowledge of SAS Risk Management platform. In this role, you will: Build a trusted relationship with the client account to provide practical and theoretical guidance in the acquisition, transformation and loading of strategic data. Your skills will play a pivotal role in providing our clients with the data they require to successfully implement or leverage the SAS risk technology platform. Included in your duties will be: Designing, developing, and writing complex and original software code, specifically focusing on data processing to support risk focused implementations. Working effectively with multiple operating systems and anticipating technical anomalies and enhancements for various environments; transferring and verifying data ETL routines across multiple environments. Building SAS Data Integration Studio flows and leveraging the data integration technologies in the SAS V9 platform. Designing and building advanced analytical procedures that leverage the SAS risk platform. Writing and maintaining design documents. Designing, developing, and ensuring the quality of prototype and demonstration systems. Training clients and users for developed systems. Giving presentations on SAS and company products. Developing unique and new methods for data handling within the company's own product lines. Accurately forecasting the time needed to complete projects. Performing other tasks as assigned.
