Job Description:

Marketing client in New York is looking to hire a contractor with an established background in Direct Marketing and Database Technology. This is a mixed position of required understanding of the technical skills. The right candidate will be an experienced user of database marketing and have an understanding of marketing strategy. Ideal candidate will have some corporate marketing background. Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this job will be to extract the data and work through the analytical aspects of it and report on those findings in exporting to Excel. They will be looking for trends and must have the ability to segment performance of the marketing campaigns for reporting. Would like someone that can do prototyping of reports.

Requirements: 1. Very strong technically with SAS, EXCEL, SQL, Enterprise Guide, Data Integration Studio. 2. Prototype reports. 3. Ad-hoc reporting. 4. Strong analytical skills and insights with the ability to “write up” reports based on this analysis. 5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
