Job Description:

A large marketing group of a financial company is looking for an Analytical Marketing Analyst. This professional will be responsible for the analysis of marketing efforts and effectiveness in increasing profitable sales initiatives. Will primarily work direct marketing efforts that will perform targeting and segmentation as well as the creation and results of analysis. This professional will also analyze campaign responses in order to analyze, publish and present results.

Required Skills:

•Proficient with basic statistical concepts such as sample design, control group, etc •Experience with at least one midrange database management system (e.g. Oracle, SAS, SQL, etc.) or campaign management application (Affinium Campaign, P/CIS, etc.) •Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Information Technology preferred) •Minimum five years work experience •Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Access and Excel Financial services industry experience. •Solid written and oral communication skills. •Strong organization and time management skills. •Skilled at using technology to accomplish work and using marketing to identify business opportunities. •Must have the ability to work independently Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals •Must have very strong attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity
