Our client is a world leading independent biotechnology company aspiring to be the best human therapeutics company that discovers and develops important therapeutics, bringing meaningful improvement to the lives of people all over the world. They are seeking an Epidemiological SAS programmer for an 11 month contract at their South East UK site. JOB ROLE: The SAS Programmer will write, test and validate software programs to support the regulatory approval process or non-registrational activities. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include: • Writing, testing and validating software programs to produce analysis datasets and analysis results for inclusion within publications and other communications • To review and approve key project-related documents produced by other functions, e.g. SAPs, etc. • Writing and/or reviewing and approving programming plans. • Writing and/or reviewing and approving analysis dataset specifications • Representing the programming function and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings • Contributing to the continuous improvement of programming, Global Biomedical Data Sciences (GBDS), and Research and Development (R&D).

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: • BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences or other relevant scientific subject. • Previous Epidemiological experience would be beneficial
