Job Description:

San Diego based financial services firm is looking for a Sr manager of Channel Integration Analytics. Individual will develop optimal collection strategy across channels (direct mail, phone and legal) that maximizes net yield. This analytics leader will play a key role in providing key inputs to the portfolio purchase decision. The Senior Manager will lead this work group and manage 3-4 analysts. Primary responsibilities include: • Analyze gross collections and cost-to-collect from the primary collection channels, direct mail, internal call centers, agency outsourcing and legal, and develop servicing strategy to optimize appropriate objective functions- NPV, short term liquidation, etc. • Partner with decision science team to incorporate servicing inputs in the portfolio purchase decisions and additionally collaborate with decision science and servicing channel owners to develop segmentations for servicing • Analyze the cost drivers for the servicing channels and refine cost assumptions while • Assess the performance of past portfolio purchases relative to investment assumptions and provide inputs to portfolio valuation • Manage team of analysts. Attract and develop talent for direct team and analytics function of the company • Identify improvement opportunities, build business cases and influence senior leaders to drive changes
