Job Description:

Senior Quantitative Analyst; San Diego based financial services firm is looking for a Senior Quant Analyst. This role is responsible for generating ideas and analyzing performance of past strategies utilizing internal data across all revenue channels. The Analyst is also responsible for assessing existing portfolio performance, contributing to pre-purchase analyses and driving innovation to improve revenue and net profitability. The position will work closely with other team members and departments to implement business strategies and operational enhancements.

Candidates should possess the following: • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, Masters degree preferred. • 3+ years experience in an analytical / quantitative role • Experience with SQL, SAS or other data analysis and extraction tools preferred
