Job Description:

Our client, a consulting firm focused on the pharmaceutical industry, seeks a Sr. Analyst/Analyst - Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics in their New Jersey offices. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for supporting creation, design, development, implementation and ongoing maintenance/ administration of various incentive compensation plans through compensation analysis, modeling and reporting. • Responsible for all assigned project execution including client data management, technical configuration, process definition, modeling and Incentive Compensation administration (validation and generation of deliverables) • Configures plans and contests. Performs basic analysis to assist in the identification of client issues and development of effective solutions. • Develop custom analysis tools in a variety of programming languages and applications such as SAS, MS Access and MS Excel. • Program, format, extract and manipulate data in support of deliverable creation. • Rigorously checks, validates and analyzes inputs and outputs to ensure quality, precision and accuracy or results. • Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze prescription data for pharmaceutical industry. • Coordinating and working closely with offshore team to ensure delivery of monthly and weekly compensation reports. • Perform changes to reports and data interfaces, and conduct ad hoc analyses. • Create and manage all official documentation for incentive programs.
